Job summary

You will ensure production schedules are met, optimize resource use, and coordinate with procurement, planning, scheduling, production and quality control to maintain seamless operations. The role requires leadership of a team, strong data analysis, and ability to travel up to 20% to other sites or suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with extensive relevant experience or equivalent
• Experience leading production planning and inventory coordination
• ERP/MRP system knowledge, preferably Oracle, for scheduling and capacity planning
• APICS certification strongly desired

Responsibilities

• Coordinate allocation of resources and materials to meet production goals.
• Monitor inventory levels of buy materials to ensure adequacy.
• Supervise and lead a team; provide coaching and evaluations.
• Communicate production plans across departments; adjust schedules as needed.
• Analyze inventory data; report on on-time delivery, efficiency, and stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
