Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required with 2+ years of related experience; graduate degree or 0–2 years with degree-equivalent experience also acceptable.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, adjust, and release manufacturing orders for multi-level products using MRP/ERP systems.
• Analyze material availability to ensure timely release and uninterrupted production flow.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to expedite parts and resolve shortages impacting production schedules.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering to maintain planning parameters such as lead times and lot sizes.
• Monitor order status to ensure on-time completion and adherence to shipping schedules.
• Balance labor loading and capacity across manufacturing areas while implementing schedules.
• Review BOMs to determine material requirements and align supply with demand.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve shortages and risks in planning data.
