Job summary

Hydrafacial is hiring a Warehouse Associate I in Long Beach, CA to receive, pick, pack, and ship orders in a fast-paced facility. This entry-level role supports order fulfillment quality and customer satisfaction through hands-on warehouse work.

Responsibilities include receiving inbound goods, stocking inventory, verifying items, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace while using RF scanners and following standard procedures. $20/hour base pay with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Warehouse, distribution center, or 3PL experience.
• RF scanners or barcode scanning experience.
• Able to speak, read, and write English.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs unassisted.
• Reliable work ethic with consistent productivity.
• Basic Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.
• ERP or WMS experience (NetSuite a plus).

Responsibilities

• Pack customer orders while verifying part number, quantity, and condition of each line item against packing slips and bills of lading.
• Pick inventory from designated locations and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Stock materials in their designated inventory locations accurately.
• Receive inbound deliveries, confirm quantities, and move goods to staging or storage areas.
• Maintain the workplace and warehouse in a neat, clean, and orderly condition.
• Communicate any system, process, or inventory discrepancies to the Warehouse Lead or Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
