Job summary

Hydrafacial is seeking a Production Inventory Coordinator in Long Beach, CA to ensure the right materials are on the production floor, tracked and recorded in the inventory system. You will issue, receive, and organize materials, maintain records, and support BOM updates and tool replenishments.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in manufacturing inventory, basic math/IT skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This on-site role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior inventory control or material handling experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions, standard operating procedures, and diagrams.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively as part of a production team.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Issue and record materials, equipment, and returns for production teams, ensuring accurate documentation of all transactions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform daily cycle counts to identify and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Close work orders accurately and on time in the inventory management system.
• Receive, store, and organize incoming materials and supplies in designated locations.
• Ensure adequate stock levels for production requirements and initiate reorder requests as needed.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in coordination with the inventory control team.
• Use inventory management software to track stock movements and update transactions in real time.
• Support Engineering with material revisions, BOM updates, and workstation material changes.
• Prepare requisitions for tools, repairs, and material replenishment.
• Keep work areas and material storage locations organized and compliant with 5S standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
