Job summary

Davlyn Group is seeking a Production Planner to develop, optimize, and execute production schedules for its Industrial segment, covering Norfab and Spring City. The role aligns customer demand with raw material availability and plant capacity, driving efficiency and on-time delivery.

The candidate will lead SIOP and production planning meetings, maintain ERP data for orders and WIP, and collaborate across sales, purchasing, manufacturing and logistics to resolve disruptions and optimize

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain/engineering.
5+ years in production planning within manufacturing, textiles preferred.
Deep understanding of textile manufacturing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed production schedules for Davlyn Group Industrial (Norfab & Spring City).
Balance demand forecasts with plant capacity, labor and machine constraints.
Optimize sequencing to reduce changeovers, waste and downtime.
Collaborate with purchasing to ensure timely availability of yarns, chemicals and other raw materials.
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules in real time to address disruptions.
Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
Lead SIOP and production planning meetings.
Maintain ERP accuracy for orders, inventory and WIP.
Coordinate with maintenance and engineering for downtime planning.
Ensure alignment with customer priorities and service level agreements.
Collaborate with Juarez, Mexico location on supply and demand for finished goods and yarns produced in Juarez
