The ideal candidate will manage inventory, create daily production plans for hourly staff, and oversee shipping logistics while ensuring documentation and compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with inventory control, loading, and shipping procedures.
• Ability to read shop drawings.
• Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Team player with ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Order Management: receive orders, set delivery dates based on material availability and production schedules.
• Production Planning: create daily work schedules for hourly staff to optimize efficiency.
• Shipping and Logistics: select carriers, coordinate shipments, plan routes and loading schedules.
• Inventory Management: order raw materials, maintain inventory levels and BOMs from prints.
• Communication and Coordination: inform sales and plant personnel about material availability and changes.
• Documentation and Compliance: prepare certificates and coordinate inspections.
