Job summary

Gilder Search Group is recruiting for a Production Planner / Supply Chain Analyst in Northern Kentucky. You will own the schedule, purchase materials, and publish the numbers to keep production aligned with sales.

The role is hands-on, integrating purchasing, planning, quality, regulatory, and R&D in a fast-growing plant. You will work closely with operations, quality, and product development to drive schedule accuracy and plant efficiency, with room to advance toward Supply Chain leadership as

Qualifications

• You have built or owned a production schedule aligning materials, capacity and demand.
• You have issued purchase orders or managed raw materials closely.
• You are proficient in Excel and comfortable with ERP/ MRPs; Sage X3 is used here.
• You can keep many details organized when knowledge sits with people.
• Manufacturing experience preferred; process, food, chemical, powder, or CPG helpful.

Responsibilities

• Production planning and scheduling for powders and liquids, including dryer capacity, product profile, equipment, and testing constraints
• Raw material purchasing: purchase orders, cost, dates, confirmation, inbound logistics
• Inventory and MRP positions — keep the plant fed without parking cash on the floor
• Operational statistics the plant actually uses: productivity, yield, schedule performance
• Daily contact with operations, quality, and product development
