Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business management, or related field preferred.
• CPIM accreditation or related certification advantageous.
• Proven experience as a production planner with minimum 2 years' experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with customers and handle all order requests, change requests, and field/general requests.
• Evaluate, review, and confirm purchase orders and create production schedules.
• Perform order management including receiving, reviewing, and entering/rejecting orders and managing changes.
• Estimate material, equipment, and labor requirements for production.
• Address and resolve production issues promptly to minimize delays.
• Coordinate production operations with material, labor, and equipment availability.
• Collaborate with Sales to find win-win solutions for customers and Crenlo.
• Provide recommendations to reduce production costs and improve processes and quality.
• Execute changes to schedules to meet deadlines.
• Compile status and performance reports for management.
