Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is seeking a Production Planner to develop weekly production schedules, coordinate raw materials, and manage inventory to support sales. You will tender loads to third-party carriers and collaborate with warehouse and production staff to optimize dock scheduling and delivery performance.

Responsibilities include reviewing daily production, managing material counts, and tracking promotions and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years of college with emphasis in transportation or supply chain preferred.
• 2-4 year of general work experience.
• Experience with computers to include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop weekly production schedule to support sales needs and maximize production efficiency.
• Review daily production runs and material uses; ensure accurate data and balanced inventories.
• Order all required raw materials to support production requirements.
• Track purchase orders and assist budgeting with monthly reporting to minimize costs.
• Coordinate with warehouse and production staff for dock scheduling and carrier relationships.
• Monitor promotions and updates on raw material orders and in-market dates.
