Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration or similar field preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in logistics, planning, manufacturing, or CSI-10.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of production planners.
• Strong data analysis and KPI interpretation.
• Excellent communication skills for leadership.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with sales, factory, and vendors to ensure on-time shipments.
• Maintain production schedules and reports.
• Plan and schedule production activities to maximize throughput.
• Develop relationships with customer purchasing, design, and construction departments.
