T1 Energy is seeking a Production Planner Operator to support daily production planning activities at our Wilmer, Texas facility. You will execute the established production plan, coordinate material flow to production lines, generate serial numbers, and maintain planning records to ensure on-time manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher; relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in production planning or scheduling in a manufacturing environment (electronics, solar, or light industrial).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on schedules and material availability.
• Coordinate delivery of cell pallets to production lines per requirements.
• Generate and manage serial numbers for manufacturing orders.
• Communicate with Production, Quality, and Process teams to ensure plan compliance.
• Monitor progress and adjust priorities to align with forecast requirements.
• Maintain accurate planning records including pallet data, quantities, and output.
• Support production optimization and continuous improvement activities as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
