Job summary

Hankook Tire in Clarksville, TN is hiring for an Operations Team Member to help keep production running smoothly across multiple lines. This non-exempt, full-time role offers 12-hour shifts in a rotating schedule with possible night differential, and a path to cross-training across Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Warehouse, and Technology Teams.

You will be responsible for operating machinery, performing quality checks, maintaining 5S, and documenting production records while following OSHA

Qualifications

• Preferred high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred at least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Must have good command of written and spoken English.
• Experience with quality control and production processes.
• Knowledge of OSHA/GMP safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate a machine to produce quality materials.
• Monitor and tend production machinery.
• Perform routine quality checks on materials and products.
• Maintain 5S and workplace organization.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Manage materials using FIFO.
• Enter data and read specifications.
• Prepare machines for production cycles.
• Verify output and document records.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards.
