Job summary

Hankook Tire Co. is seeking Operations Team Members for manufacturing shifts in Clarksville, TN. The role supports production across lines with a focus on quality, efficiency and safety.

It includes 12-hour rotating shifts, potential night differential, and a pathway to multiple operator tracks through training and assessment. Candidates should be able to learn quickly, work reliably in a team, and follow all safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or combination of experience and education (preferred).
• At least 1 year manufacturing experience (preferred).
• Good command of written and spoken English (required).
• Knowledge of quality control principles and basic inspection techniques.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines to produce quality materials.
• Monitor and tend various production equipment and automated systems.
• Perform routine quality checks on materials and finished products.
• Maintain 5S standards to reduce errors and improve safety.
• Assist with setup and changeovers of production lines as needed.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major problems promptly.
• Record production data and maintain logs for traceability.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and GMP/OSHA standards.
