Job summary

Hankook Tire in Clarksville, TN is seeking an experienced Mechanical Utility Engineer II to optimize the proactive maintenance system and achieve high overall equipment effectiveness in tire production. You will focus on utilities supply, equipment reliability, and safety in a 24/5 operation.

The role requires a Bachelor's in mechanical/electrical/industrial engineering and at least 2 years of manufacturing engineering experience; strong English communication and SAP experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical/industrial engineering.
• 2+ years of proven engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and continuous improvement across the workplace.
• Maintain the utility supply process and its impact on tire manufacturing.
• Manage mechanical utilities: compressors, boilers, HVAC, piping, pumps, tanks.
• Ensure timely communication and documentation for inventory and purchases in SAP.
• Mentor junior engineers and maintenance staff; keep work audit-ready.
• Lead engineering specifications writing and data reporting to management.
