• 4+ years of experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed short- to mid-term production schedules based on demand forecasts, orders, and inventory.
• Use MRP to align material availability with production requirements and ensure schedule feasibility.
• Create and manage work orders and monitor progress throughout the workflow.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics to ensure schedule adherence.
• Monitor daily production progress and report impacts to schedules.
