Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Production Planner to support a growing manufacturing team. This role focuses on coordinating with the operations group to ensure parts flow through the facility on or ahead of schedule and to meet customer commitments across monthly, quarterly, and yearly horizons.

The ideal candidate will maintain accurate ERP data, drive risk mitigation plans, and help optimize lead times and gross margin targets for hardware deliverables. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning and scheduling within manufacturing.
• Strong ability to coordinate with operations to meet commitments.

Responsibilities

• Execute customer commitments monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Ensure 100% OTIF for all commitments.
• Collaborate with operations to move parts on schedule.
• Communicate risks and opportunities to leadership.
• Maintain ERP data: commit dates, orders, quantities.
• Identify outsourcing vs. insourcing to reduce lead times.
