Jobot is seeking a Permanent Operations Assistant to support manufacturing production. You will manage document control, purchase activities, and production planning to ensure smooth operations and timely project completion.

Responsibilities include scheduling, materials management, supplier coordination, and cost-control efforts while upholding safety and quality standards across the plant.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a similar manufacturing role.
• Experience with document control and blanket orders.
• Ability to create and maintain production schedules.
• Strong materials management and production planning experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Oversee document control for production records.
• Manage blanket orders and supplier negotiations.
