Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of planning, scheduling, or production control experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules to meet delivery requirements.
• Analyze labor loading, capacity, and resources to optimize operations.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules for changing priorities and demand.
• Coordinate customer order status updates and expedite orders when needed.
• Lead planning and NPI meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Support quality inspections and document production results.
• Provide backup for shipping, logistics coordination, and shipment documentation.
