Job summary

Doherty Staffing Solutions in Duluth, MN is seeking a Production Planner to coordinate production schedules and balance capacity across departments. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-4 years of planning, scheduling, production control, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Outlook.
• Ability to interpret production data and make sound scheduling decisions.
• Manufacturing or production environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements.
