Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Production Planner for a fabrication/manufacturing company in Gibbon, MN. In this role, you’ll coordinate production schedules, optimize workflow, and ensure on-time completion of work orders in a fast-paced shop environment.

Formación

• 2–5+ years of production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing coordination experience.
• Experience using ERP systems for production planning (JobBOSS preferred).
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes (cutting, welding, machining, assembly, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Review work orders and material availability to prioritize production tasks.
• Utilize ERP systems to manage and track jobs and production status.
• Monitor production progress and resolve delays, bottlenecks, or capacity constraints.

• Communicate schedule updates with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and customer service.
• Analyze production data to improve scheduling accuracy, lead times, and throughput.
