Barry Callebaut Group is seeking a Production Planner in California to develop and execute production plans across Liquid, Packaging, and Molding operations. You will coordinate schedules with manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, procurement, and customer service to ensure on-time delivery and optimal inventory levels.

The role requires a strong analytical mindset, experience with SAP/MRP systems, and collaboration across teams to meet production goals and customer commitments.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of production planning experience in manufacturing.
• Food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with SAP, MRP/ERP systems, and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain production plans for Liquid, Packaging, and Molding operations.
• Coordinate production schedules across manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, procurement, and customer service.
• Monitor production performance and resolve constraints related to materials, labor, capacity, transport, and inventory.
• Collaborate with transportation and logistics to align shipping schedules and delivery.
• Lead schedule recovery during disruptions and communicate mitigation plans.
• Participate in S&OP and weekly planning reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement for schedule attainment and inventory optimization.
• Cross-train and share knowledge to strengthen departmental capability.
