Job summary

Barry Callebaut, a global leader in chocolate and cocoa products, seeks a Production Planner to develop and execute production plans across Liquid, Packaging, and Molding operations. You will coordinate with Manufacturing, Warehousing, Transportation, Procurement, and Customer Service to ensure on-time delivery and optimal inventory levels.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in production planning within a manufacturing setting, with SAP/MRP expertise and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning or related manufacturing planning
Food manufacturing experience preferred
Proficiency with SAP, MRP/ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain production plans for Liquid, Packaging, and Molding operations to meet demand and inventory targets
Coordinate production schedules across manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, procurement, and customer service
Monitor production performance and resolve constraints related to materials, labor, equipment capacity, transportation, and inventory
Collaborate with transportation and logistics teams to align shipping schedules and delivery requirements
Lead schedule recovery during disruptions and participate in S&OP and weekly planning reviews
