Job summary

Fathom Mfg in Hartland, WI seeks a Production Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and monitor production activities ensuring on-time delivery and efficient resource use.

You will link manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement, maintain schedules, monitor inventory, and drive performance improvements using GSS ERP and related tools. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing or Supply Chain Management.
• Prior experience navigating a major ERP Go-Live implementation highly preferred.
• Experience with Global Shop Solutions (GSS) software is a plus.
• Basic understanding of blueprints, part identification and inspection requirements preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization and management skills.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and/or SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Production Planning & Scheduling: create and maintain production schedules based on demand and inventory levels.
• Inventory & Material Control: monitor raw materials, WIP and finished goods; ensure material availability.
• Performance Monitoring: track output, efficiency and schedule adherence; analyze variances.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: liaise between production, engineering, quality and logistics.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: assist ERP implementation, migrations, testing and post-go-live troubleshooting.
