Job summary

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in planning/scheduling, strong MRP knowledge, and proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word. JDE experience is a plus, with a focus on accurate inventory control and efficient shop-floor execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a planning/scheduling environment.
• Thorough knowledge of MRP and other inventory planning techniques, including purchasing fundamentals. JDE experience is a plus.
• Excellent analytical abilities and PC skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, monitor, and maintain MRP inputs and outputs to provide stocking work orders to the shop floor.
• Track work and close work orders when completed.
• Enter, track, and maintain stock transfer orders and ensure proper inventory controls (backflush, issued, serialized).
• Plan and control finished goods inventory for stock and customer orders.
• Decide on work order quantities and dates based on MRP and supply/demand data.
• Monitor existing work orders to ensure system expectations match shop floor reality.
