Responsibilities include inventory control, BOM creation, vendor coordination, and ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining accurate records and documentation. Strong Excel/Office skills and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with inventory control, loading, and shipping procedures.
• Ability to read shop drawings.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Team player with ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Order Management: Set delivery dates based on material availability and production schedules.
• Production Planning: Create daily work schedules for hourly personnel to optimize efficiency.
• Shipping and Logistics: Plan shipments, select carriers, and coordinate routes and expeditious deliveries.
• Inventory Management: Place raw material orders, manage BOMs, and maintain inventory levels.
• Communication and Coordination: Update sales/plant on material availability and schedule changes.
• Documentation and Compliance: Prepare certificates and oversee inspections as required.
