Qualifications

• Experience with inventory control, loading, and shipping procedures preferred.
• Ability to read shop drawings and interpret technical information.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Order Management: receive orders and set delivery dates considering material availability and production schedules.
• Production Planning: establish plans and daily schedules for hourly staff to optimize efficiency.
• Shipping and Logistics: select carriers, coordinate shipments, plan loading and routes to meet deadlines.
• Inventory Management: place material orders, maintain BOMs, and keep inventory records within targets.
• Communication and Coordination: inform sales and plant teams about material availability and schedule changes.
• Documentation and Compliance: prepare material/product certificates and coordinate inspections.
