Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of planning, scheduling, production control, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Outlook.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Ability to work in both office and manufacturing settings and comply with safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Analyze labor loading, production capacity, and resource availability to optimize operations.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address changing priorities and demand.
• Coordinate customer order status updates and expedite orders when necessary.
• Lead planning and new product introduction (NPI) meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Provide backup support for shipping, logistics coordination, and shipment documentation.
