The ideal candidate has 2+ years in manufacturing or demand planning, strong Excel skills, and a sense of urgency to adapt to shifting priorities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years manufacturing or demand planning experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for production planning and data analysis.
• US citizenship required due to ITAR/UNNPI regulations.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the master production schedule based on customer orders, forecasts, and capacity constraints.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, purchasing, and customer service to align production with material availability and lead times.
• Monitor order progress on the shop floor and adjust schedules and routings to meet delivery commitments.
• Communicate schedule changes or delays to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Analyze forecast data and manufacturing constraints to identify opportunities for efficiency gains.
• Release materials from stockroom to support scheduled orders.
• Print and distribute job packets to value streams and close job orders daily.
• Participate in continuous improvement of scheduling, materials flow, and planning processes.
