Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning or related manufacturing roles.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (SAP or Oracle) and Excel.
• Ability to apply Lean or Six Sigma principles for process improvement.
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage production schedules based on demand, capacity, and inventory.
• Provide technical support to resolve process issues, document SOPs and work instructions.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure materials are available on time.
• Assess production capacity, recommend adjustments, and plan effective labor/floor utilization.
• Coordinate work orders and maintain accurate documentation.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, procurement, logistics, and leadership to align production plans.
