You will coordinate cross‑functional teams across engineering, procurement, logistics and production, manage resources, and ensure plans align with company objectives. This role emphasizes Lean/Six Sigma driven improvements and data‑driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning and inventory management.
• Proficient with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Excel.
• Ability to apply Lean/Six Sigma for improvements.
• Strong cross‑functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage production schedules based on demand, capacity and inventory.
• Provide technical support, document SOPs and work instructions.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely material availability.
• Assess capacity, recommend adjustments and plan labor/floor utilization.
• Coordinate work orders and maintain accurate documentation.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, procurement, logistics and leadership.
