Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 3-5 years of experience in stockroom, warehousing, or inventory movement.
• BS in Business Administration preferred.
• Knowledge in Manufacturing Resource Planning (MPR).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a stable run strategy to optimize production, inventory, and efficiency.
• Communicate daily/weekly plan with production team.
• Ensure change over times, standard hours, rates and capacity are reflected in plans.
• Interface with Engineering to establish high level forecast/schedule.
• Ensure materials for production are ordered and available in the system.
• Create shop orders in IFS to fulfill production needs.
• Close out shop orders and report operations after completion.
• Coordinate with purchasing and material teams on material requirements.
• Develop and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Apply 5S techniques to workspace and inventory storage.
