Qualifications

• 1-3 years production planning experience in manufacturing.
• Must have basic knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and organized.

Responsibilities

• Review material availability and release work orders for kitting.
• Coordinate replenishment with procurement.
• Support production with part shortages.
• Manage work order material and approve returns of unused components.
• Update open work orders with configuration changes.
• Confirm open STO work orders and deliver to logistics.
• Maintain Kanban/safety stock levels based on supply/demand.
• Analyze work order variances and close orders after completion.
• Escalate financial discrepancies as needed.
• Follow Entegris planning policies.
