Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Senior Specialist, Supply Chain to manage and resolve escalations within the Advanced Purity Solutions division. You will partner with global planning, manufacturing, and operations to address shortages and delays with an end-to-end perspective, proactively analyze data, and develop contingency plans.

Reporting to the Director of Global Supply Chain Planning, you will support the Gas Micro Contamination business and may work from multiple US locations.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years' supply chain management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree; preferably in Business, Supply Chain or Industrial Distribution.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and/or Access, and developing or operating in complex databases; ability to analyze data and turn data into information and action.
• Ability to apply statistical methods to supply chain and inventory concepts (SPC, MAE/SD for safety stock).
• Effective people skills (communicate, influence, champion change).
• Knowledge and hands on experience in SAP MRP/ERP required.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and drive accountability across peers and lead cross-functional teams.
• Effective problem solving/critical thinking to drive solutions for complex supply chain models.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent decision-making ability with the confidence to implement decisions.
• APICS certification a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve shortages and cross-plant issues with end-to-end perspective.
• Develop contingency action plans to address potential disruptions and communicate risks and tradeoffs to stakeholders.
• Represent Global Supply Planning in operations planning, daily escalations, and leadership report outs.
• Manage and monitor supply chain operations for timely product delivery.
• Analyze data and performance; enhance ERP settings and Power BI with COE.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors for smooth operations.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with departments to align supply chain with business goals.
• Create and maintain detailed reports on supply chain performance metrics.
