Job summary

Entegris, Inc. in Aurora, IL is seeking a full-time Specialist, Production Planner to coordinate daily manufacturing schedules across lines and work centers, translating demand into executable plans and ensuring material availability aligns with capacity and priorities.

You will release production orders in the ERP/MRP system, monitor schedule adherence, and collaborate with Procurement, Production, and Customer Service to recover at-risk orders and meet commitments.

Qualifications

3+ years of production planning or related experience.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems, preferably SAP.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Advanced Excel and data-analysis skills; Power BI a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain production schedules for assigned lines and work centers.
Translate demand and supply requirements into executable plans.
Release and maintain production orders in the ERP/MRP system.
Balance demand, inventory, capacity, labor, and material constraints.
Monitor schedule adherence and escalate risks with recovery actions.
Collaborate with Procurement, Production, and Customer Service to meet customer commitments.
Participate in daily production and supply chain meetings.
