Technoform is seeking an Associate Production/Planner/Scheduler in Twinsburg, OH, to support material flow and production scheduling across purchasing, planning, and inventory control. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams and identify shortages or delays to mitigate impact on customer commitments.

The role requires experience with ERP systems, strong organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing setting.

Qualificações

• 2–5 years of experience in purchasing, production planning, inventory control, materials management, or a related supply chain function preferred.
• Previous experience within a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
• Experience utilizing an ERP system for purchasing, planning, and/or inventory management.
• Working knowledge of purchasing, material requirements planning, production scheduling, and inventory management principles.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate system data.

Responsabilidades

• Purchase raw materials, components, supplies, and other materials required to support manufacturing operations.
• Create, issue, and maintain purchase orders within the ERP system.
• Monitor open purchase orders and follow up with suppliers regarding confirmations, delivery dates, shortages, and past-due materials.
• Expedite materials as necessary to support production requirements and customer commitments.
• Communicate supplier delays, material shortages, and other potential disruptions to appropriate internal stakeholders.
