Job summary

Remedy Intelligent Staffing in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a Production Planner to develop and maintain production schedules, balancing customer demand, inventory and manufacturing capacity to ensure on-time delivery. This Temp-to-Hire position runs Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

You will collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Engineering, Sales and Customer Service to support production goals, analyze data in ERP/MRP systems, and create Excel-based reports, dashboards and tracking tools

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
3+ years of production planning, inventory control, or materials management in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred).
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize production schedules.
Maintain planning data, production orders, and scheduling information in ERP/MRP systems.
Analyze inventory, production performance, and schedule adherence to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
Create Excel-based reports, dashboards, and tracking tools.
Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Service teams to support production goals.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and reporting automation.
