Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a production planner to create and execute schedules across processing areas. You will align schedules with orders, forecasts, material availability, and labor capacity, working with Operations, FSQA, Customer Service, Maintenance, Sanitation, Procurement, and Logistics.

You will monitor output, adjust plans as needed, manage MRP, and maintain ERP master data while identifying bottlenecks. 2–5 years in manufacturing and strong Excel skills are required to drive efficiency.

The role is to work collaboratively with the following Teams: Operations, FSQA, Customer Service, Maintenance, Sanitation, Procurement, and Logistics to ensure seamless production flow and adherence to inventory targets.

• May require occasional extended hours during peak production periods or schedule changes.
• Frequent interaction with operations, supply chain, and quality teams on the production floor.
