Libra Industries is seeking an Associate Production Planner to support production flow and manage order status in an MRP system. The role interfaces with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Program Management, and Engineering to align build strategy and ensure on-time delivery.

The position requires a high school diploma and proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint; experience with MRP systems and Lean practices is preferred. The work environment includes office and shop floor settings.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and related business tools.
• Strong communication skills.

Mansioni

• Interface with Production/Manufacturing, Planning, Purchasing, Program Management, and Engineering to align build strategy and ensure tactical execution.
• Resolve problems or conflicts that may prevent achieving customer delivery dates.
• Ensure shop orders are fully planned and released to the floor on time; support shop floor planning and execution.
• Support Planner with sizing and scheduling new orders.
• Review scheduling and rescheduling requests for existing orders and assess materials and production requirements.
