The Production Planner is a key member of the Plymouth Nathan Lane Supply Chain team supporting the Peripheral Vascular Health (PVH) Operating Unit. This role is responsible for developing and executing production plans that ensure customer demand, service, inventory, and operational objectives are achieved. Working closely with Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Engineering, Sourcing, and Operations teams, the Production Planner balances supply and demand across a complex manufacturing environment while driving schedule adherence and inventory performance. The Production Planner manages production schedules, inventory performance, and backlog recovery activities while proactively identifying and mitigating risks that could impact product availability. Using Blue Yonder (BY) and SAP, this position analyzes demand signals, coordinates production execution, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures alignment with business objectives to support service, inventory, and cost goals. This position is based at the Plymouth Nathan Lane facility in Plymouth, Minnesota and is an onsite role. Team members are expected to work onsite five days per week to support cross-functional collaboration and manufacturing operations. No travel is required for this position.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$67,200.00 - $100,800.00
This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
