Job summary

The Fusion Oxy manufacturing team

The Fusion Oxy manufacturing team is responsible for producing oxygenation and blood management components that support critical patient therapies worldwide. This team partners closely with operations, quality, and manufacturing functions to ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory and quality requirements while meeting customer demand.

Team Lead IV

The Team Lead IV provides day-to-day leadership and coordination for an assigned production area, supporting manufacturing operations, production schedules, and team performance. This role serves as a key resource for production employees, helping drive safety, quality, and operational objectives while providing coaching, training, and technical support.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead daily production activities within an assigned manufacturing area to support safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
  • Coordinate operator assignments and prioritize resources based on production schedules and business needs.
  • Monitor workflow and communicate production status, priorities, and process issues to manufacturing leadership.
  • Coach and support assemblers and operators on production processes, problem-solving techniques, and standard work practices.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience coaching, training, and developing production employees.
  • Previous lead or supervisory experience within a manufacturing or medical device environment.
  • Knowledge of production metrics, performance management, and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
  • Experience with production equipment, SAP, and other manufacturing systems.
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$53,600.00 - $80,400.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP).
