Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales & Operations Execution process through weekly demand reviews and tactical machine scheduling to ensure on-time, cost-effective material delivery.
  • Manage master data, machine schedules, and inventory strategies to maximize efficiency, optimize resources, and meet customer service targets.
  • Leverage technology and data to track KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and support weekly Sales and Operations Execution control tower reviews.
  • Support the Sales & Operations Planning process through demand reviews, capacity planning, forecasting, and participation in monthly communication forums.
  • Lead or support sourcing strategies and material forecasting to mitigate supply risks, prevent shortages, and align key stakeholders across the value chain.
  • Represent Nonwovens Staff Planning on commercialization initiatives, manage material transitions, and drive logistics and process improvements to reduce waste and streamline operations.

Job responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years’ experience in supply chain.
  • Adept analytical skills to identify issues and develop solutions; expertise in Excel and the ability to work with large sets of data and complex spreadsheet models is important.
  • Risk Management: Manage risks effectively without losing sight of the core job purpose.
  • Strong communication skills and proven ability to achieve results while building trusted relationships with team members.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Planning & scheduling asset experience is preferred (additional logistics and/or operations experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of and experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning system preferred (SAP ECC, APO PPDS, & Kinaxis Rapid Response systems).

Salary Range: 79,880 – 94,440 USD

At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
