Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms, digital commerce capabilities, or customer experience solutions.
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Experience working with Agile teams and product delivery frameworks.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or similar certification.
  • Experience gathering customer and stakeholder insights to inform product decisions.
  • Experience defining product success metrics and using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of data, analytics, integrations, and digital technology solutions.
  • Experience solving business challenges through technology‑enabled solutions.

Salary Range: 105,740 – 130,620 USD

At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
