Job responsibilities
  • Leading/Supporting the process, product and materials trials on converting equipment
  • Setting up and grade change equipment
  • Troubleshooting processes and be able to perform basic repairs as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in leading operating crews
  • Secondary skills associated with millwright, electrical or IT
  • A basic working knowledge of the Lean principles
  • Formal Machine shop or Maintenance/Mechanical Trades knowledge
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving capability, including managing multiple issues simultaneously and navigating day‑to‑day operational complexity.

US Grade 13 Salary Range: 65,660 - 77,580 USD

At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position is eligible for overtime pay and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
