Job summary

Kimberly-Clark Corporation is seeking a Supply Chain Product Manager for Orchestration & Automation in Neenah, WI. The role focuses on owning the vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital orchestration and automation across supply chain domains.

Qualifications

  • Experience with product life cycle management, especially with product vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization.
  • Experience managing stakeholders, including senior executives

About You

In one of our Supply Chain roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.

Job Responsibilities
  • Owning the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the overall Supply Chain Digital Orchestration and Automation digital capabilities and technical domains.
  • Defines what success looks like, drives toward it, and tracks it using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Providing cross-functional leadership, most notably between engineering teams, logistics, and support.
  • A key aspect of this is communicating the product roadmap and keeping the product team and the stakeholders informed of updates.
  • Collaborating with the Product Owner to leverage stakeholder insights to develop a living and breathing roadmap for the future while advocating for and driving alignment between stakeholders in the development of requirements, acceptance criteria, and solutions.
  • Understanding how NA Supply Chain objectives intersect with the needs, pain points, and priorities of the user base of their Supply Chain Orchestration and Automation domains.
  • Understanding what success looks like for different groups in terms of use cases and user experience, as documented with User Personas, Use Cases, and Case Studies.
  • Accountability for stakeholder management at each point of the product lifecycle including requests, adoption, requirements gathering, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Representing the needs of Enterprise Supply Chain and Global Product Teams who own tools with overlapping use cases.
  • Driving adoption of enhancements through user feedback sessions, training support, and an adoption roadmap.
  • Developing and manages defined communication channel(s) and/or stakeholder groups, proactively seeking to identify potential demand, and drives the creation of the business case.
  • Anticipating changes in customer/user needs, adapts product (with enhancements), and create product retirement and transitioning plans.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Product Management experience, or 5+ years of experience in a related field
  • Experience integrating enterprise systems (SAP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, MES, etc.)
  • Experience with Automation systems integration (Dematic, E80 and/or Wapiti)
  • Experience with product life cycle management, especially with product vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization
  • Experience managing stakeholders, including senior executives
  • Strong cross-functional leadership, influence, collaboration, relationship-building, and communication skills
  • Desire and ability to crystallize and diagnose problems through cross-functional collaboration and troubleshooting
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and highly organized
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience working for a global, highly matrixed, Consumer Packaged Goods company
  • Experience with API architecture, middleware, or integration platforms
  • Experience working with teams organized around Agile ways of working
  • Experience conducting stakeholder interviews, market analysis, and other forms of research
  • Experiencing identifying goals, metrics, and analytics to measure value at a large scale (e.g., a product, a program)
  • Familiarity with uncovering and championing high value use cases for data
  • Familiarity with database structure (systems and data)
  • Experience solving business problems with technology solutions

Salary Range: 127,600 – 157,600 USD

At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
