Job Title: Production Planner

Job Summary: Responsible for arranging production plans based on each plant's capacity, tracking and monitoring production, ensuring timely delivery of sale orders, and assisting the department manager with routine tasks.

Job Functions

1. Balance factory orders to ensure timely and synchronized delivery.
2. Control the order flow of each plant to ensure smooth logistics.
3. Adjust production programs promptly and control anomalies to meet customer delivery demands.
4. Arrange outsourcing or production at other plants based on order status to meet customer requirements.
5. Improve the rationality of factory production schedules and enhance delivery efficiency.
6. Supervise production system operations to ensure effective tracking of delivery.
7. Achieve department KPIs, complete tasks timely, and implement improvements as directed by superiors.
8. Understand environmental hazards and control measures.
9. Implement and adhere to the company's management systems and related documents.
10. Classify and manage waste appropriately.
11. Assist in completing other related tasks.

Qualifications

1. Proficiency in English and Mandarin; capable of understanding safety rules, operating instructions, and documentation.
2. Effective communication skills for interacting with team members, engineers, leadership, and customers.
3. Minimum of three years experience in production and management.
4. Bachelor's degree, preferably in STEM fields.
5. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese.
6. Good health, ability to work long hours at a computer, and handle high stress.
7. Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
8. Knowledge of manufacturing software and familiarity with ERP, PLM, barcode systems, and tracking modules.
9. Ability to analyze data and manage production schedules effectively.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
11. Training in ERP systems, order review, production tracking, and capacity analysis.
12. Strong communication, teamwork, and coordination skills.
13. Must be 18 years or older.
