Job Description

Create, implement, and review the stock Production Plan, including new tissue culture material and waste management. Manage farm space allocation for all crops. Manage new order fulfillment. Responsible for managing and communicating yield data to site stakeholders through data systems. Provide improved estimates of yield indexes in collaboration with the Growing, Operations, and Planning teams based on stock performance history. Ensure that stored inventory meets customer expectations. Ensure operational productivity and adhere to budget considerations.

Duties:

• Responsible for managing short and midterm production planning in coordination with farm plans for all crops, aligned with the supply and production planners.
• Coordinate with supply and production planners on planning aspects and communicate timely to mitigate deviations from the plan.
• Work with the supply planner to agree on production volumes and supply plan scenarios based on farm space and starter material availability to support demand.
• Manage all processes related to staying on production plan with the operations team, and communicate deviations.
• Develop KPIs for all crops and monitor production costs.
• Update the production plan daily to balance planned versus actual activities.

Qualifications:

• Assist in managing (creation and modification) all W.O.W.s associated with the area of responsibility, ensuring procedures and processes are accurate and current.
• Adhere to all applicable HSES and other corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Supervise employees and third-party personnel as required.
• Perform other duties as needed to meet plant or site requirements.
• Participate in process improvement activities to achieve yearly goals.
