Primary responsibilities

• Plans and prepares production schedule to ensure maximum performance and minimum delays in accordance to current and future manufacturing environment conditions.
• Actively monitors production performance to schedule, communicates and adjusts as needed.
• Demand Forecasting: Monitors opens sales orders, collaborates with other teams to predict future demand and submits purchase order requisitions in accordance to demand.
• Monitors inventory levels, age, turnover to ensure inventory is adequately stocked without excess or shortages.
• Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, processes orders, and shipments for audit and analysis purposes. Maintain Purchase Order (PO) system. Maintain SAP
• Vendor and Supplier Interaction: Maintaining communication with suppliers and vendors, negotiating terms, and addressing any supply chain-related issues or delays.
• Continuous Improvement: Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain operations.
• Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, sales, production, and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination throughout the supply chain.
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the supply chain process.
• Problem Solving: Addressing supply chain issues and resolving any disruptions to maintain a smooth flow of materials and products.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 Per Year
