Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; finance coursework advantageous.
• Recent graduates welcome; mortgage experience not required.
• Experience in customer service, banking, hospitality, retail, or other client-facing roles.
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with new leads and schedule initial consultations.
• Collect borrower information and help complete loan applications.
• Send documentation requests and follow up until files are complete.
• Review and organize documents before submitting files for pre-approval.
• Provide updates to referral partners during the early stages of the loan process.
• Help manage the Mortgage Advisor’s calendar and communications.
• Track lead and pipeline activity in the CRM.
