Job summary

Luttrell Staffing Group is seeking a Production Paint Line Loader/Unloader to load and unload parts for painting, operate related equipment, and ensure quality through inspection. The role is full-time and temp-to-hire, with weekly pay and standard safety procedures in place.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, manufacturing experience is preferred, and the ability to safely operate a forklift and overhead hoist. Teamwork and accuracy are essential.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts from baskets, skids, and the conveyor system for painting.
• Plug and unplug thread holes on fifth wheels.
• Hang and unhang parts using appropriate hook sizes.
• Inspect parts during processing and after painting.
• Follow safety policies and company procedures.
• Perform additional tasks to support the position.
• Complete other related tasks as needed.

Job Duties for Production Paint Line Loader / Unloader Position:

• Load and unload parts from baskets, skids, and the conveyor system for painting
• Plug and unplug thread holes on fifth wheels
• Hang and unhang parts using the appropriate hook size for each part
• Inspect parts throughout the process, including final painted parts, following company procedures
• Complete additional duties as assigned that support the position
• Follow all policies, guidelines, and safety procedures in place
• Complete any other related tasks as needed

Job Requirements and Desired Skills for Production Paint Line Loader / Unloader Position:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to safely operate an overhead air hoist
• Ability to obtain forklift certification
• Good communication, organizational, and basic math skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow direction from leadership
• Ability to learn company products and follow quality, environmental, safety, and company policies
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and lift, pull, or move up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
