Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years in food manufacturing or related field.
• 2+ years in line lead or supervision.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and interpret bar graphs.
• Intermediate knowledge of bakery/dough processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs production, packaging, and bakery ops to meet company and USDA requirements.
• Supervises, trains, and develops employees; interviews, hires, and manages performance.
• Manages safety, housekeeping, employee relations, cost control and scheduling.
